Purple Hardstone (“Purple Hardstone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through purplehardstone.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), estimated budget (if provided), and any message or project details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools that automatically collect information about your visit, such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and time spent on the Site. This is collected via Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics — see “Third-party services” below.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- To communicate with you about a project or engagement you've inquired about.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for unsolicited marketing.
3. Cookies & tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate visitor behavior. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some Site functionality but will not prevent you from browsing or contacting us.
4. Third-party services
We share limited information with the following service providers, solely to operate the Site:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — website hosting, performance monitoring, and privacy-friendly analytics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — our email provider, used solely to receive contact form submissions sent to support@purplehardstone.com.
5. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Aggregate analytics data is retained per our analytics providers' default retention settings.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@purplehardstone.com.
